  • We always use the highest quality dried and preserved flowers in all of our products. Every item is handmade to order especially for you! Whilst we always make every product as close to the photos as possible, natural variations may occur - composition, colour, flower head and shape wise,
  • Keep away from water, moisture, direct sunlight, heat, humidity and sudden temperature changes.
  • Keep away from surfaces that could cause staining. Not all of our dried and preserved flowers are colour fast.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Indoor use only.
  • Do not consume.
  • Exercise caution when handling dried flowers & buttonholes, when inserting the buttonhole pin (should you choose to use it) and whilst wearing the buttonhole. Dried flowers & buttonholes are for decoration purposes only - they are NOT toys, nor are they advertised or could be confused as such. It is your responsibility to always supervise children & pets and do not leave them unattended around dried flowers.
Shipping

All of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail or Parcelforce (for larger orders).

Our processing time is generally 1-3 working days. Larger orders will take longer than this as every item is handmade to order.

If you require your order for a specific date, please leave a note at the checkout or contact us to discuss.
If ordering for a wedding, please include a note of your wedding date at the checkout.
Please note - we cannot provide nominated day delivery, but we can aim towards a specific date if required.

Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is approx. 2-4 working days from dispatch

First class delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is approx. 1-2 working days from dispatch
